By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below. This policy ensures a safe, trustworthy, and legal marketplace for all users.

1.  Eligibility to Become a Seller

To sell on WP Web Developer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have a valid email address and mobile number.

• Submit verification documents (Aadhar, PAN, GSTIN if applicable).

• Agree to our Terms of Service and this Seller Policy.

• Only upload legal and licensed content (strictly No Nulled or Pirated Items).

2.  Seller Account Registration & Verification

• Create a seller account at wpwebdeveloper.in.

• Upload required documents for KYC verification.

• Our team will review your application within 24–48 hours.

• Once approved, you will get access to your Seller Dashboard to manage products, sales, and payouts.

3.  Types of Products Allowed

Digital Products:

• GPL WordPress Plugins & Themes (must follow GPL licensing)

• HTML Templates, PHP Scripts, Developer Tools

• UI Kits, Fonts, Graphics, Stock Photos/Videos

• Software & Apps (original or open-source compliant)

Physical Products:

• Electronic Items (gadgets, accessories)

• Developer Merchandise (mugs, tees, mousepads, etc.)

• Books, Workstation Tools, and Web Accessories

Prohibited Items:

• Nulled Scripts, Pirated Content, Cracks or Hacks

• Adult content, illegal downloads, or malware

• Any product that violates Indian law or international copyright

4.  Product Guidelines

• Upload high-quality images (JPG/PNG, min 800x800 px).

• Add accurate descriptions, version history, features, and licensing terms.

• Include clear documentation or support guide (for digital products).

• Set correct pricing (inclusive of taxes, if applicable).

5.  Pricing & Commission

• Sellers can set their own pricing.

• WP Web Developer charges a 10–20% commission depending on the product type.

• For promotional listings or featured placements, extra fees may apply.

6.  Payments & Payouts

• Payouts are processed weekly (within 7 working days) for completed orders.

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500.

• Payment options include UPI, Bank Transfer, or PayPal (for international vendors).

• Sellers are responsible for filing taxes (TDS/GST) if applicable.

7.  Order Fulfillment

Digital Products:

• Must be delivered via auto-download link or direct download.

• Support or activation info (if any) should be included.

Physical Products:

• Must be shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

• Sellers are responsible for packaging, courier charges, and shipping labels.

• Provide tracking details in the dashboard.

• COD orders are not supported by default (unless enabled via admin approval).

8.  Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Digital product sales are non-refundable unless proven defective or broken.

• Physical product returns must be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Disputes are mediated by the WP Web Developer team within 5–7 business days.

• Repeated disputes or poor seller conduct may result in account suspension.

9.  Promotions & Advertising

• Sellers can request:

  • Featured listings on homepage or categories

  • Email campaign placements

  • Coupon or discount code promotions

• Promotional charges apply separately.

10.  Intellectual Property & Licensing

• All uploads must adhere to the relevant license (GPL, MIT, Custom, etc.).

• You must own the rights or have proper authorization to sell.

• WP Web Developer is not liable for any IP or copyright violations.

• Sellers are required to cooperate in takedown processes, if needed.

11.  Termination & Suspension

Your seller account may be suspended or terminated for:

• Uploading illegal, pirated, or harmful content

• Repeated customer complaints or poor delivery performance

• Misleading product descriptions or false claims

• Non-compliance with any part of this policy

12.  Data & Privacy Compliance

We follow GDPR, Indian IT Act, and Google AdSense policies. All seller and buyer data is kept secure and private. You must also respect user privacy and not misuse customer information.
